my laptop is making loud buzzing noise and lags!!! please help!

so this started a few weeks ago, whenever i start watching a video in chrome (NOT ON YOUTUBE) first 20 or so minutes its fine and than it starts making loud buzzing noises with regular intervals and the whole computer starts lagging. idk what is up, i monitored the resource useage in task maneger and everything seems fine. i have already tried updating my videocard and lan drivers. thanks for the help in advance!  :lol:

forgot to mention that this never happend to me while gaming 

 

core i3 2.1ghz

nvidia geforce gt520m

4 gb of ram

Please download MiniToolBox , save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
