I will try and make this brief. Purchased an Interface Box (UR12 Steinburg) so my wife could use it to record on my PC (Windows8), but I am not able to adjust the output knobs on the front of the box for either the Mic or Headset. I did install it and checked the equipment which seem to work fine. It is connected be way of USB. When connected I am no longer able to hear my PC speakers which I am fine with, but I was just wondering if maybe I am missing something that is causing me to be unable to use the channel on the front of the box? Would appreciate any help. Should mention I was using Audacity to mix. Thank you!
