Application Overridden Causing Computer To Shutdown

Alright first off I have to say this forum is a great resource it helped me solve a problem that was stressing me out all day untill I googled "VirusAlert!" spyquake and found a fix here.

Here is another problem I have I didn't really understand what the popup meant so I took a screenshot and saved it in paint before my computer shutdown. The behaviour is that it is an Remote Control Protocol and whenever I open adaware se 7.0 and only when I open this program a window pops up with a 1:00min. timer and shuts down every program I am currently running and reboots my pc. Your help would be really appreciated.

Download and scan with MS Malicious Software Removal Tool.
Download and scan with Vcleaner Tool. Restart your computer in "SAFE MODE" and run the remover on the infected computer.

Then perform this online Virus scan:
[Watch the Address bar in IE. You may receive alerts that "This site might require the following ActiveX control...Click here to install...". Click on that alert and then Click Install ActiveX component.]
