So I was previously receiving help within a different thread as I wasnt sure what was going on, you can see what was done in the thread here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/598419/sluggish-response-times-computer-hanging-multiple-restarts-required/

After going thru the troubleshooting, i was prompted to update my nvidia driver,, which i did but then found photoshop was not recognizing my GPU, so I then realized PS needed an update, which I did. After updating and trying to open PS I twice in a row got a BSOD stating KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

I did some reading and decided it was most likely a driver issue so ran the driver verifier as instructed here on the BC forums and then restarted and atempted to run PS again, prompting another BSOD for which I have attached the log

Just FYI - a lone memory dump is often not enough to identify a problem.

A memory dump can identify a driver, but the driver may not actually be what's at fault.

Or, there can be a hardware problem that causes the BSOD

Or, there could be another program that crashes the blamed driver

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

Should you have problems with the perfmon report, please disregard it (I don't use it very much anyway).

Should the app lock up for more than 15 minutes while searching for Network information (it does this in my copy of W10), go ahead and kill the app.
Then navigate to the Documents folder and zip up the 18 reports in the SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder - then upload that with your next post.

If that doesn't work, then you can try this new app (from a friend of mine):  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location.
By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.
***********************************************************************************************************

That being said, the Driver Verifier enabled memory dump blames your nVidia video driver.

As you have already updated this driver, the next thing is to try some hardware diagnostics.  Here's a list of free one's that I suggest:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Please start with the video stress tests.

Some other things that may help:

Your UEFI/BIOS (version F.34) dates from 2014.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Please double check to be sure that you have ALL available Windows Updates.

Intel SmartConnect technology is not being updated for W10.  It'd be advisable to see if you can turn off SmartConnect in the BIOS and then uninstall the software.

One of the SmartConnect drivers (ISCTD64.sys) is the oldest 3rd party driver in the memory dump (it dates from 2012).

Also, your Intel mouse and keyboard drivers date from 2013 and should be updated.

Finally, I'm concerned about the sniffer.exe process - as a Google search for it shows several issues between it and PhotoShop.

No MSINFO32 report.

Please do this:

MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter.  Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file.  If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back.  Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

The rest of the reports look good from what I can see.

But the MSINFO32 report is the key one that I use in looking for problems.

Beyond that, now we wait and see what happens........

Good luck!

The drivers for this device aren't installed:

ACPI\INT33A0\0

This is most likely related to the Intel Smart Connect Technology drivers.

This product is not supported in W10.

I suggest seeing if you can turn it off in the System BIOS/UEFI

If not, then you'll have to consider whether this system is compatible w/W10 or not

It appears that the error with the MSINFO32 report was that the report closed before the report was finished generating.

This was due to the large number of WER entries at the end of the report

Could you try running this report tool (just start it running and leave it for a couple of hours):  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location.
By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.

The WER section is one of the most important tools for identifying problem areas within the system.

I've searched the text file for all the other categories that I usually look at - and the only problem I noted was the Smart Connect thing.
