So I use a program called Sonarr, and lately it has been having problems connecting to the internet. I have been told by sonarr's support team that it's malware. In regedit, ProxyEnable is set to 1, and when I set it to zero and restart, it goes back to 1. MalwareBytes has already cleaned the PC and now can't find anything, same for Avast. I can still connect to the sites sonarr can't via IE or Chrome.
I've attached Addition.txt and FRST.txt, from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool.
EDIT: Please close. Already performed a clean reinstall of windows.
