When using chrome i get the message "Unable to connect to the proxy server". I never set up a proxy and I made sure the settings were disabled ,but the browser still tries to connect to a proxy. The only browser unaffected is Firefox.

I have used Malwarebytes, awdcleaner and wisecare to remedy the situation. No effect shown from any of them.

No matter what I do the proxy settings act as if enabled please help.

And for some reason i'm getting a "upload skipped (error IO)" when i try to attach the Addition.txt
