Hi,

You can run the system file checked scan. Please check https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833 for details.

Regards.

Thank you for your reply.

I did all: "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

and sfcdetails.txt is clean (not show any problem)

But Rkill still show same Windows Service Integrity issues:

"

Checking Windows Service Integrity:

 * fcvsc [Missing Service]
 * HyperVideo [Missing Service]
 * netvsc [Missing Service]
 * wfpcapture [Missing Service]

 * CompositeBus => \SystemRoot\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\compositebus.inf_amd64_912dfdedc3d2f520\CompositeBus.sys [Incorrect ImagePath]
 * NgcSvc => %SystemRoot%\system32\svchost.exe -k LocalSystemNetworkRestricted [Incorrect ImagePath]
 * swenum => \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\swenum.sys [Incorrect ImagePath]
"

I would hazard a guess that Rkill is listing the services incorrectly. You can post the log and your question here, Grinler will take a look at it.

A similar issue with missing services when used on Windows 8 was previously reported a while back and Grinler released a new version to fix it.

I installed a new Windows 10 64-bit to another machine and downloaded newest version of Rkill. There are same issues. I'm beginning to think it was false positive.

The issue can't get fixed unless you report it by following the instructions provided by Alex in Post #4.
