Hi all, my mum received an email yesterday which said

New Voicemail

(The Listen is a button) So she was on her Android S3 phone and opened it, she later emailed her sister who got the same thing in that email, but her sister deleted it. And another email in her inbox came up with the same message.

What's strange is the other email that it showed up on only showed up when she opened it on the phone, when opening that email on the laptop it opened normally, and is from a trusted sender.

I have changed her Hotmail password (Although it took several hours to lock her out on the phone and request the new password), and I done a AVG virus scan on the laptop (although she had not opened the link on the laptop)

If anyone can tell me if her emails are safe now? I'm rather confused that the same email showed up with the WhatApp scam/virus on her phone but not on her PC.
