My name is Jari. I will tell a little story on how I found this site and why I created an account here.

So I have been really confused about Norton Security this year. I have done multiple scans on my computer (Scans with Malwarebytes & Norton Security.) This summer I took a really careful look on Norton Full system scan. I saw Norton skip multiple Backdoors, Adwares, Spywares & Trojans etc. Finally I reseted my computer a month ago, hoping that those Backdoors & others will be removed.

Well few days ago again I took a careful look on Full system scan. Again, all there. Norton didn't remove them, nor it didn't tell me that they need manual removal. Well again, I reseted my computer, this time I cleaned my both drives, because I thought that it would help. After resetting and setting up my computer, I did a scan... again.. Same thing, Norton didn't remove those malwares, nor warned me about them.

I have used Norton too many years & I have no idea how long all those malwares have been on my computer. I'm also really confused who do they survive resetting computer? It's too weird.. Well a week ago I read about NSA and everything else, because I was so bored and I found a link. It was about a Trojan which could survive resetting computer. Don't know how it's possible or is it even possible?

Anyway the reason why I came here is, that I could get help with removing all malwares. I also read a topic on Norton's forum & a Moderator told to come here, if Bleeping Computers could help.

Thank you for reading & sorry if something isn't correct on my text! :)

:welcome: to Bleeping Computer.

As a new member be sure to read the Welcome to Bleeping Computer! Guide and the following...If you need individual assistance with malware infection, you should start a new topic in the Am I infected? What do I do? forum

OR follow the instructions in the Malware Removal and Log Section Preparation Guide. When you have done that, start a new topic and post your logs in the Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs forum, NOT here, for assistance by the Malware Response Team.

Thanks for giving me those links! Yeah I will have to read those. I have checked all of the links regarding to malwares etc few days back before I created an account. "Am I infected? What do I do? forum", "Malware Removal and Log Section Preparation Guide." & "Virus, Trojan, Spyware and Malware Removal Logs forum."

I made a thread on "Virus, Trojan, Spyware and Malware Removal Logs forum." & now I'm just waiting to get an response!

Anyway, have a nice day! :)
