Almost impossible unless you own a factory.

No you can't assemble a motherboard by yourself, but you can assemble or build a PC.

CPU: Intel i7-8700K 5.3 GHz ------ RAM: 32GB TridentZ 3600 MHz CL16 ----- Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus X Formula ----- GPU: Zotac GTX 1080 Ti Amp! Extreme ----- Storage: Samsung 960 Pro 1TB -- Samsung 850 Pro 2TB x4

Because you live in India, you might have difficulties buying parts that a person in the US or Australia might not have. The process of building a PC is well documented on various internet sites, and one need only use their favourite search engine and enter "how to build PC" and you will get a bunch of different videos and instructive links. Because of your location, I would certainly start locally; are there any local computer clubs? Do you have access to retail stores that sell computer parts? Do you have access to any second stores that sell used computers that you might be able to use as parts? Always start local and of course expand your search to use the world wide web by using a search engine that you can trust.

You could start with one of these. These little computers run on Linux and are a lot of fun.
