When I am viewing any page on ebay I get the message saying you are not authorized to view this section of the page, and it also says HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden.
I have funcionality of the ebay site but sections of the page with these messages are annoying.

Which browser are you using? I also use ZoneAlarm. If you use the FireFox browser, I can let you know what settings on ZoneAlarm I use and save you the headache of figuring it out. I have no problems with the EBay site. The firewall settings may need to be different for a different browser.
