hello I have a gtx 970 reference card it has 3 display ports,1 hdmi port,1dvi port I'm wanting to do surround with 3 monitors I currently have 3 lg 24inch monitors they do not have display ports on them I'm sure my single gpu can handle the setup when gaming if I would buy a display to hdmi adapter and use the hdmi and dvi ports on my gpu could I do surround with that' setup.

also someone told me that I may be able to accomplish the setup but I could on run it at 1920x1080 resolution but right now with only 2 monitor hooked I have 3840x1080 resolution is that the same as 1920x1080 but spread across 2 displays
