I have a HP Officejet Pro6830. I've tried everything I can to get this da##m thing to print properly. It keeps printing blank pages and other junk and I can't find any way to clear the printer queue. The help screens and other installed software doesn't help.

HELP< HELP...Thanks!!

Well...turning the print spooler service off...then restarting it should work, IMO.

Take a look at Google Links

If you're still having printing-buffer cleaning, printer-spooler clearing needs, when I get home [I'm at school on a borrowed laptop], I will post the names and urls of the two quick-run utilities I've been using for some time now - if you want them.

I wasn't online after school yesterday, will login at home after school today, and will forward the three utilities' names & urls.  After you get them, after you place them into your folder, your pot 'o utilities, you have to "tell" your anti-virus and anti-malware to not scan or quarantine them.  I've cleared numerous stuck print jobs with these utilities the last several months.
