I just added a 2nd harddrive on the same ide cable. Can I go to a file and right click on it - go to- send to- and then save the file to this 2nd drive? I have xp home sp2. My master drive is a 160gig seagate and is jumpered as master. I jumpered the 2nd wd 80 gig drive as a slave. It formatted fine and I can save a file by drag or copy but I would like to know why the drive does not show when I right click and hit send to. All my other drives show up including the dvd drives and all the removable media drives as well.
Thanks

Hi baso3456, welcome to BC.
For a drive such as a secondary IDE, you'll have to add the shortcut on the send to menu manualy.
Click Start>Run and type "sendto" (no quotes) in the run dialog box and click ok.
In the send to folder, right click and select "new>shortcut".
Click "browse", navigate to the drive letter, click ok.
Give it name you like, click "next", click "finish.
