POP UP HELP PROBLEM..Pls. help!! (helpPane.exe, explore.exe, dllhost.exe, etc..)

Good day Admin/s of this site!! I'm glad and found a new hope as i found this site to help me out for my long, long, long time problem here in my laptop.. I am using Lenovo laptop, Windows 7 32bit,. My problem is this very annoying pop-ups everytime I open such program, apps like INTERNET EXPLORER, which always re direct random tabs fast and simultaneously, also pop ups randomly helpPane.exe..i really don't know what exactly the cause of this..I've tried so many anti virus/anti malware, system tools, cleaning tools before but problem still exist until now!!! (unfortunately, i do not have a print output or save their report logs) as of now, I use bitdefender, this problem still exist..Pls,pls, pls, pls. i am badly needed help..thanks in  advance and more power!! I will really appreciate what ever help you can give to me, thanks a lot!!! (i just only repost it here, i post it yesterday in "am i infected? what do i do" forum, unfortunately, the member who trying to help me, analyzed and said that i have to replace my hdd in order to fix my problem.. :( ) so i repost it here hoping that there will be, "maybe"/ "posible other way" to fix or somehow resolve my problem, pls. i desperately need help coz this laptop is the only one we have to use in our small home business..thanks so much in advance and more power!!)

i also run setools (seagate) as advice of the one who help me, but the scan result is "failed"

You have posted the same topic here and are already receiving help so please continue in that thread. Please do not start new threads or duplicate topics as this causes confusion and makes it more difficult to get the help you need to resolve your issues when asking for and receiving assistance elsewhere. Further, it necessitates staff spending time with housecleaning to remove or close those duplicate postings...time which could have been provided to others needing assistance.
