Whenever i play a game while selecting a option high performance NVIDIA processor from the side menu..after 10-15mins my laptop hangs and shows the message "Display Driver Kernel Has stopped responding and has successfully recovered".The system remains hang and non responsive then i have to force shutdown by pressing the power button. Before it was usually for a particular game now the message started to come for other games also.

Anyone knows the reason and have a solution..??

This is a STOP 0x117 error ( http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x00000117 )

It's related to your video. It can be a software/driver error - or it can be a hardware problem with your system.

Please follow these troubleshooting suggestions:  http://www.sysnative.com/forums/bsod-kernel-dump-analysis-debugging-information/35-video-tdr-timeout-0x116-0x117.html#post29532
