Repair Win 10

Yesterday while looking thro' my computer i saw an upgrade your facebook to Win 10 sticker,I pressed it and now I cant get any response from the start button the edge button and the store button,the notification button does not respond any more as well.What do I do if I need to install Win 10 again.

You would need to do a Reset installation.  This can be accessed in the Recovery panel of the Update & Security Settings.

You can get to a settings panel if Windows Search is working just by searching for that setting.

Try resetting your pc.

Did you make a back up usb or otherwise? if so you can insert the media restart pc. Option to install or repair will show up choose repair.

This is if windows search isnt working.
