I work for a Telco company and my buddy and I got into an argument during lunch today about whether it is a good idea to bundle VoIP with Broadband, or should companies just buy them separately? I personally feel that instead of looking for a bundle that may have two crappy products (mediocre broadband and mediocre VoIP), companies (that are big are require the dedicated bandwidth) should find a suitable broadband service and build their VoIP systems independently or find another contractor. My buddy seems to disagree, he thinks bundling makes the most since for the everyday customer as it streamlines everything...what are your guys' takes?
