Can anyone recommend a virus scanner that is known to recognize the LeChiffre virus? I called Microsoft to ask if MSE will detect it and they hung up on me. I have a small office with about 50 PCs, need to find out which one is the source of the infection. I have network shares that were encrypted with the lechiffre extension overnight, but none of the PCs show any signs of abnormal behavior like pop-ups, locally encrypted files, ransom notes, etc. Initial web searches have revealed very little about this virus at all.

Greetings,

I would recommend you post this question in the Cryptolocker Support Topic where they specialize in this area.

Since you are not requesting traditional malware removal I am going to close this Topic.
