What is the make and model of this computer?

If it is a custom build, what is the make and model of the motherboard?

ATX is a form factor.  This is not the make and model of either the computer or motherboard.

Let's try this another way.

Please download and install Speccy to provide us with information about your computer.  Clicking on this link will automatically initiate the download.

When Speccy opens you will see a screen similar to the one below.

speccy9_zps2d9cdedc.png

Click on File which is outlined in red in the screen above, and then click on Publish Snapshot.

The following screen will appear, click on Yes.

The following screen will appear, click on Copy to Clipboard.

In your next post right click inside the Reply to Topic box, then click on Paste.  This will load a link to the Speccy log.

Please download MiniToolBox to your desktop.

Right-click on MiniToolBox.exe and select Run as Administrator.

You will see an image like the one below.

Click on the following checkboxes only:

• List last 10 Event Viewer log
• List Installed Programs
• List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
• List Minidump Files

Click on Go to start the scan.  Once it is finished highlight the text, then copy it and paste it in your topic.

We went through this before.  I cannot help you if you do not answer my questions.

How did you determine that the BIOS is corrupt?

If you don't provide me with the make and model of the computer or the motherboard I can not provide you with the information you are requesting.  Different motherboards have different means of flashing the BIOS.

Part of the process of flashing the BIOS is erasing the old BIOS and then installing the new BIOS.  From what you have posted it's obvious that the flash got as far as erasing the BIOS and didn't install the updated BIOS.  Now we have reached the point where I need to know the make and model of this computer, or the make and model of the motherboard.  Example of computer make and model:  ASUS X501A.  Example of motherboard:  Gigabyte G1.SNIPER.

Depending on the motherboard, it may be quicker and about the same price to just replace the motherboard.  This is the one of the reasons I need the make and model.  The other reason is that different motherboards have different ways to flash the BIOS.

If the EEPROM is soldered into the motherboard you will most likely need to send it back to the manufacturer to have the BIOS reinstalled (burned).

If it is installed, which is seldom is, you may be able to purchase another BIOS chip and install it.

Without the information I requested I can not go any further.  If you do not provide me with this information I will not post in this topic again.
