I'm using Windows XP Professional and I have a number of programs that run on startup. That is fine, but I would like to set up another account where only one particular program starts on startup. I know how to change startup programs using msconfig => Startup for all users, but how do I set different startup programs for different users?

... hmmm...

i would place a shortcut to the item that you wish to run
on startup in the
start --> all programs --> startup
program group...

i know it is not elegant or stuff... but it works.
just have to be logged on as that user, make the change
and the log off, and test it by logging back in again.
