There are many more on this forum better than I. To help them you might list make and model of your computer, and what virus protection you are using...

Let's start here, what Model HP Computer do you have?

Example: HP Pavilion, Model 550-a114.

Knowing the specific model number will make getting help easier.

Post back with the required info.

I never make the same mistake twice....I always make it 5 or 6 times just to be sure!

I deleted your posts with FRST tool data.  That tool is not used in this forum...no one requested that you post data using it.  FRST is a tool used only for malware situations, which are outsude the scope and proper knowledge/supervision of this forum.

If you believe that you have malware and wish to post a FRST log...I suggest that you follow Steps 6-8 of Preparation Guide, Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic34773.html and post the FRST data in the proper forum, the same forum which contains the Prep Guide.

Once that is done, this topic in this forum will be closed to avoid confusion.
