This is a brand new computer (I'm reusing my ram and PSU both of which are about 3 years 9 months old) and I got a blew BSOD today.  It was a 0x0000003b win32k.sys file.  I assume this is a driver crash.  Can someone help me check which issue it is?

This happened when I was shuting down my computer.  with firefox, starcraft 2 and a HWmonitor, ASUS tweak/monitor on, and a folder opened.)

Edit:  I updated my video card driver to the latest one as well as getting SP1 for windows 7.  Hopefully this will do the trick.

Can't find the attachment.  Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

Should you have problems with the perfmon report, please disregard it (I don't use it very much anyway).

Should the app lock up for more than 15 minutes while searching for Network information (it does this in my copy of W10), go ahead and kill the app.
Then navigate to the Documents folder and zip up the 18 reports in the SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder - then upload that with your next post.

If that doesn't work, then you can try this new app (from a friend of mine):  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location.
By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.

I didn't delete the old file that I made.

As for what was said on top, it was

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Edit:  I got another error when I ran the verifier.  After running it for several minutes, I decided to turn it off and reset.  When my computer tried to reset I got this error

0x000000c9  with IOmap64.sys error

I tried to turn off verifier again and again got the same error again.  I went to safe mode and I got it to turn off or at least it says it was off.

Edit:  Not sure if this is related to the error I got form the first post.  I get an error on start up which says "there was a problem starting C:Windows\system32\MBCfg64.dll".

I'm late for work, so this'll be quick....

http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=IOMap64.sys

IOmap64.sys is an ASUS Kernel Mode Driver likely related to one of these programs: ?Asus Smart Doctor/iTracker 2 Asus GPU Tweak and GPU Tweak Streaming from this link: http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/47151-bsod-after-sleep-restarts-driver_power_state_failure.html#post388083 )

Please uninstall these programs and test to see if that stops the BSOD's

Be sure to turn Driver Verifier off for now.
