XP, IE jacked, please review log

below is my log from hijackthis, I know for a fact 2 programs are causing me major problems: waasyp.exe and hggvyp.exe. I can't remove them even in safe mode:

Hi if you are still having a problem:

You are using an outdated version of hijackthis. Please download the newer version.

Download HijackThis from:

HijackThis Download Site

Then post a new log
