I have an operating system Android 4.4.2, I noticed for several days that the camera flash goes haywire, especially with the torch before it was normally fixed and now intermittent irregular to the point (that is today) that no longer lights flash I tried to restore the smartphone to the factory state but nothing ... I wonder if that's a problem with the operating system or in the smartphone itself.

If you've restored the phone's OS, does the flash with camera feature work properly? or is it just using the 'torch' function? Have you tried a different torch app? If the camera and flash feature function properly.

Now after restoring does not work completely, I've tried other torches but I know that has marred some circuit, so I think that will bring it into service.

That would be my suggestion if the flash does not operate with the camera properly after restoring the OS.
