I am unable to connect my PlayStation 3 to my internet without my ps3 crashing, so I found out a way to connect my ps3 to my laptop and share the internet through an Ethernet cable, it works fine most times but after a while my laptop begins thinking the PlayStation is trying to share internet and causes the internet to be disabled. I haven't been able to find a way to fix this issue, and it happens very frequently. I hope this doesn't seem too complicated.

Disable UPNP on the ps3. Leave it on in the router.
