System Doctor

To remove the obnoxious System Doctor popup do the following:

In Internet Explorer, click on Tools, then Internet Options, then on the Programs tab
Select the 'Manage Addons' button
In the dropdown box, choose 'Addons that have been used by IE' and you should find one on the list which looks like a key and shows up on my system as {F7D40011-29BB-43EB-9C97-875CD89E9E36}
Click on it and choose to disable it.
The popup should then be gone.
There is also a file in Windows/System32 called hp101.tmp or similar which is listed in the box, and can safely be removed.
