Hello from an old DOS man - that should tell on my age!

I am retired from the Army (21 years), have played with computers since the Radio Shack TRS-80s, know about enough to be dangerous, and enjoy fighting with the PCs (although they usually win). Glad to be a part of this forum. I am a Computer Lab Instructor for Easter Seals. *Dream Job*

I raise you PC-DOS 2.1, MS-DOS 2.x, DR-DOS x.x; MS-DOS 3.3 all the way to DOS 6.22 -- call your DOS  :)

Windows?  Windows 3.1, WFW 3.11, W95-98SE, Windows XP mode,  all the way to Windows 7 Pro.

Lert's share some good ol' peacetime and war stories about our long config.sys, really long autoexec.bat, and s on!
