Fan positioning

Hello ,
I want to buy more fans but I dont know how to position them .
I have 1 top big intake fan to the GPU that mounted to the motherboard that looks like that : [ I can still put 2 more on the top since it's not mounted to the case]

and exhust that mounted to the case at the back .[rear fan]

I have this case : "ENERMAX OSTROG" 

Front optional: 1x 12cm fan
Side optional: 2x 12/14cm fans
Top optional: 2x 12/14cm fans
 Bottom optional: 1x 12cm fan
 Rear pre-installed: 1x 12cm fan

I woulb probably buy 1-2 more fans ... Specific fan names and where to put them will help .
i have i7 4790 and gtx 970

Should i just ignore that cpu cooler or whatever that turbine is ?
Since It discharges air twoards my gpu [top to bottom]
