Well as the title says I have just been handed 20 laptops with Windows 8 on them and the customer wants 20 clean installs of Windows 10, They all need to be set up as well, Simple things like Bit defender, Office, Photo shop ETC I have a list of software that they want on each Laptop and just looking at it makes my head spin.

I am so looking forward to running Windows updates.

Oh yes and they want it done by Monday.

I guess I will see you all when I get out of the looney bin.

Good luck.

You do realize, however, that what the customer wants is something you often need to disabuse them of the notion they can have.  I can imagine getting Windows 10 on 20 laptops well before Monday, but having to do additional program setups on all of 'em is a major complicating factor.

My wife is wondering if you have flying pigs in Australia ?  Or are you not going to bed this weekend ?  Still, what fails to break us makes us stronger.

What they want and what they get are 2 different things and they know it now.  I wonder if I can slipstream the install?

Hey, NickAu, welcome to the looney bin.  I'm a permanent inhabitant. :P

Did they provide you will all the installation discs or files, license keys etc.?  If you have those, it will make the job a bit easier, but still, 20 installs by Monday?  No way, no how, unless you have a team of 5 folks to help you out.

Once you get one computer updated, if you put them on a network, it should be able to help the others update. Just a thought.
