Hi guys,

Anytime I connect to VPN with a laptop, it blue screens within 10 minutes. We have reinstalled the VPN client and wireless card. There is only 1 VPN installed on the machine. In the attached reports, you may see the wireless card is not installed, as I am in the processes of re-installing it (again). If this is an issue let me know and I will run the reports again with the card installed.

If you need any more information from me please let me know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance!

SonicWall Virtual NIC is disabled.  Is this because of the crashing?

Only 702 mB of available RAM.  Please add more memory (if the system is capable of handling it).  While waiting to add memory please trim your startup items to prevent unneeded programs from starting  and only open one program at a time.

It appears that you have both an Ethernet connection, and an Ethernet connection that uses USB.

There are numerous instances of the Ethernet over USB connection showing.

Is this a work computer?

If so, are the IT people aware that you're having it worked on?

Corporate policy may work against you here - just letting you know.

It looks like you have remnants of McAfee protection (and also have Kaspersky protection installed).

I'm not that familiar with Endpoint protection - so be careful with this.

My suggestion would be to remove the McAfee drivers.

BUT, should this break the Kaspersky protection - do you have the ability to reinstall the Kaspersky?

If so, try this link to remove the McAfee stuff:  https://service.mcafee.com/webcenter/portal/cp/home/articleview;jsessionid=e8iDzLRjzE0nRAsksRqlFfu5imglDUqfFQW3QRtFjCWUQMxr5rf-!-1607361595!-1751169405?articleId=TS101331&_afrLoop=325366033590004#!%40%40%3F_afrLoop%3D325366033590004%26articleId%3DTS101331%26centerWidth%3D100%2525%26leftWidth%3D0%2525%26rightWidth%3D0%2525%26showFooter%3Dfalse%26showHeader%3Dfalse%26_adf.ctrl-state%3Dwpv1ilbcx_4

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html
