nVidia Backend is related to the GEForce game tweaks.

More discussion about it here:  http://www.tweakguides.com/NVFORCE_9.html

Do you use the integrated camera preview rotation?  If not, I'd go ahead and disable that.

Is the integrated camera preview rotation an Intel device?

I wasn't aware that Intel provided camera functions.

Here's a link to a search for the Realtek device of the same name:  https://www.google.com/search?q=integrated+camera+preview+rotation&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8#q=integrated%20camera%20preview%20rotation%20helper

There are different opinions as to which are necessary and which aren't.
I feel that if they were supplied with the system, then they were needed for some reason.

EDIT:  I find that the more you leave a system in it's original state, the more likely it is to work properly over the long run.
Changing settings/startups may give some benefit in the short term, but I think that it will detract from the long-term performance/stability of the system.

I don't know.  Each one is different and may cause different problems with your system.

You will have to research them individually - and then make your own decision on what to do.

Or, if you want to experiment, backup your stuff and make a System Restore point.

Then make the changes and see what happens.

Be sure that you can get to System Restore (in case the system won't boot).
