Every time I try to check for Windows updates my computer answers with ....Unable to check for updates because the service is not running. You may have to restart your computer. Have restarted computer but always the same message. Tried running sfc/scannow at command prompt but it returned a message of no issues or problems found. This computer is running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
