There may be somebody that can help you more if you add some extra information to your very brief post.
Please start with Make and Model, then add any other information that may help.
Is this a one only problem, has it always been a problem since upgrading to Win 10, what was your original Operating System (7 / 8.1 or new system).
Did you upgrade with a disc, or just internally via the Windows Upgrade system.
