Mod Edit:  Split from http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/596138/disk-space-dissapeared-virus - Hamluis.

I have the same problem, the folder AVGtune up is taking a lot of my disk space, i deleted it once and it was fine, but the next day it was full again and i had to delete it again, is there anyway i can stop it from filling up again?

I have uninstalled everything related to AVG and downloaded a new antivirus, but i cant uninstall AVGtuneup for some reason, i'd like to get rid of it, any help?
