i have a little problem with my hardware (i think)

You see, i can run almost any game with ok quality and good FPS, but with some games which takes alot (like GTA V and RUST) my computer screen(it can take up to many hours before it happens, or it happens right away.) suddenly turn to a certain color with gray stripes down the screen.(found a picture online looks almost just like it. "attachments")
sometimes i can hear something from the game, or i can still hear and talk with people on Curse/TS3/Skype, but nothing works, the only thing i can do, is complain and turn off/on the computer.
does anyone know what hardware may be the problem, or is it anything else?

Please list all computer specs.
Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
