Hi, I recently had a SSD installed on my Dell laptop and the tech that installed it installed a fresh copy of W7 os where the forward and back buttons are 'blued out' and are non-functional.  I would like them to function, any ideas?  Thank you!!

What is the Model number of the Dell and is the OS 32bit or 64bit?

Go to the support site here and download Dell's Quickset Utility under applications. This is what is used for Hotkeys. Hopefully this solves the problem.
