Upgraded to Windows 10, mouse and keyboard no longer work.

I just went from Windows 7 to 10 and now my USB keyboard and mouse are unresponsive.

Are you dealing with a desktop or a laptop? Make & model info would be very helpful.

Could be a USB 3.0 issue, If the keyboard and mouse are attached to the Blue USB 3.0 ports, try the black USB 2.0 ports.

Seems like simply switching the USB ports worked.  It was in 2.0 ports so I switched to 3.0 ports and now it's fixed.  Thanks.

Do the USB 2.0 ports work when you attach a flash drive or external HDD?
