Could be a USB 3.0 issue, If the keyboard and mouse are attached to the Blue USB 3.0 ports, try the black USB 2.0 ports.

Seems like simply switching the USB ports worked. It was in 2.0 ports so I switched to 3.0 ports and now it's fixed. Thanks.

Do the USB 2.0 ports work when you attach a flash drive or external HDD?
