Connection Problems

I use tds telecom dialup connection service and for some reason every 10-30 minutes I get disconnected and it wont let me get back online so forgive me if this is not detailed enough I have to restart my computer everytime it d/cs before I can connect agian I just got done deleteing some logon startup processes in hope of deleting trustinpopups.exe and I was successful at doing so, I looked at task manager and searched for the processes that looked suspicious none of them had connection problem in their description

can someone help me?

and I just noticed this might be in the wrong category aswell but I have a windows XP Home edition

In your modem settings there is a little box for turning off the disconnect when idle for 20 minutes. You would have to go thru all of your modem properties to find this I used to know where it was but unfortunately I have not had a modem for dial-up for quite some time and there for not installed.

Some isps will boot you if they detect inactivity on a dialup account after an amount of time as well.
