Windows 7- dowload Service Pack 1

I am a Windows 7 user and cannot get  Service Pack 1 to download to my computer.

 

I have Intel i5 processor

Windows home premium x64

7990 meg usable installed memory

1600 gigs free space on hard drive

 

Help and direction please

Clarify please.

 

You are having problems downloading SP1 or Installing SP1?

 

Are you certain you need SP1?

 

To learn if Windows 7 SP1 is already installed
  • Click the Start button 4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33_818, right-click Computer, and then click Properties.

    If Service Pack 1 is listed under Windows edition, SP1 is already installed on your computer.

I never make the same mistake twice....I always make it 5 or 6 times just to be sure!
