Hi.   I was using my pc the other day and internet went off for 24 hrs. The following day came on,,,As i have 3 pc        ,( 2 of them work cause i didn't use them at all )    the one I often use I tried opening chrome, BUT DID NOT go on-line, just STOPPED..

I tried live mail ( email ) the same... all that uses the internet would not open... If I down loaded something, in the  past that does not need internet    it opens up, like pic,office,ect......what can I do  ??

Test out everything in Safe Mode, that's the first step.

First thing I would do...check the connections and verify that there is no connectivity problem with the ISP.  Then verify that the other systems using the same connection actually work properly.

I've had some minor issues with Chrome recently, perhaps it is the new Update.  Open the browser and try to update it by going to the Tools up in the Right Hand corner drop-down and choosing "Help About Google Chrome" and it will check for updates, the new version is 47.0.2526.73 m (64-bit) not sure about 32bit, hope that helps.
