Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.

Hi Hamluis, I have tried 3 times to copy and paste my problem. Do not know how to do this. Is there not another way for you to see all this, thank-you.

Is it the MiniToolBox log or the Speccy Snapshot that will not post?

Have you checked Event Viewer to see what it says?

You need to post the two items Louis has requested.  The MiniToolBox will have the ten latest entries from the Event Viewer.

You don't need to copy and paste anything so far, so don't sweat it.  But when you need to, here's how.

Let's go back to your last post.  In order to copy you need to highlight the text you want to copy.  To do this, go back to your last post and place the mouse pointer at the beginning of the sentence...  yes I have, I saved it but do not know how to paste and copy.  Then left click on the mouse and keep the button depressed, then move it over the entire sentence and then let go of the button.  The sentence should now be highlighted in blue.  To copy the sentence place the pointer over the sentence, right click the mouse and select Copy.  To paste this, place the pointer in the text of your topic, right click on the mouse and select Paste.
