Hello! My laptop seems beyond repair lol! I never took care of my laptop because ive had it for so long that i never knew how to take care of it! theres no telling what all i have downloaded on it and i need advice to remove any kind of viruses. basically i would love to restore it but i suspect its some kind of virus that fails it when i have tried. so i need the closest i can get to a restore   i have malwarebytes installed but the scan freezes because my whole system just freezes and causes it to crash. i can barely even open a program or it goes into overdrive  :ranting:  im almost 99% sure theres some sorts of viruses on it.

Or if theres a solution to the restore being prevented, please let me know!  :busy:

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at step 6. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then post them in a reply to this topic by using the Add Reply button.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the post and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the reply and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
