Do you have the Windows 10 1511 ISO file? If you have then mount the ISO and run the following command to see if it work:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:Full path to the install.wim file:1 /limitaccess

If it work, run sfc /scannow after DISM complete.

If you have the ISO in USB flash drive, it is build 10240 or 10586?

I don't think 10240 ISO will work on 10586, so I have to know first.

Insert the Windows 10 USB flash drive into the PC, and check its drive letter. Next, run the following command:

DISM /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:D:\sources\install.wim /index:1

(Please substitude D with the drive letter of the flash drive)

Post a screenshot of the result.

Do the drive letter of the USB drive correct? If it is correct, run the following to see if it work:

DISM /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:E:\sources\install.esd /index:1

CPU: Intel i7-8700K 5.3 GHz ------ RAM: 32GB TridentZ 3600 MHz CL16 ----- Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus X Formula ----- GPU: Zotac GTX 1080 Ti Amp! Extreme ----- Storage: Samsung 960 Pro 1TB -- Samsung 850 Pro 2TB x4

Very good. It is the 10586 ISO so please run the following command:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:E:\sources\install.esd:1 /limitaccess

If it is able to repair the component store, run SFC /SCANNOW to repair system files.
