I upgraded my mom's computer to Win 10 and it works fine, but when sitting idle- let me try to explain this correctly- it goes from the initial screen and then tries to log on as if i had typed the password in- the returns to the idle screen (When you first boot up) back and forth-back and forth- anybody have this issue?

Sounds like some sort of error. First thing I would try is booting into the BIOS and make sure you are booting from the correct drive (the drive that Windows is installed on)

There is only one drive in the computer- it was an upgrade from Windows 7.I already had to reinstall it once because the whole desktop disappeared.
