Hello,

I have been trying to uninstall/reinstall iTunes, and have not been able to remove it. The current error message I am receiving after trying to uninstall it is from Windows Installer, and it states "Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable." Any help would be very much appreciated!

I did that, and tried uninstalling iTunes again. I am now getting an error message that reads "Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\SOFTWARE\MozillaPlugins\@Apple.com/iTunes,version=. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel."

What is the Operating system?

Try this Uninstall Tool

I would recommend installing it, and uninstalling it. Works like a charm.

I am running Windows 7. I ran the Uninstall Tool, and it gave me the same error message: "Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE32\SOFTWARE\MozillaPlugins\@Apple.com/iTunes,version=. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel."
