Hello,

I heard a rumor that Windows 10 will be the final and last build of Microsoft Windows. I was wondering if anyone else had heard this rumor too?

Thanks

Microsoft said Windows 10 is the last version of Windows. You can google "Windows 10 last version of Windows" and will find lot of articles about this. But, Microsoft is not always telling truth, they can release new Windows (ex:Windows 11) if they want.

According to Microsoft Windows 10 end of life is 2025. I am not sure what would happen after that even though Microsoft say it will be the last OS.

Microsoft said that they will keep upgrade and improve Windows 10. After several updates, I guess we will end up with new Windows anyway. This could be the reason, but I'm not sure.

True. Perhaps after 2025 it will simply be called Windows.
