Hello, my monitor [asus vg248qe] will launch windows just fine with an HDMI cable plugged into it from my GPU, but when I plug a DVI cable from my GPU to my monitor windows loads for maybe 10 seconds I can see windows then it shuts off and says no signal, I dont think the cable or the ports are bad because I can see windows and then it shuts off, I am running windows 10.

EDIT: I transferred my GPU to another slot in my mobo and windows launched fine for like 2 minutes then randomly shut off and says no signal.

What are the system specs? It might be a power problem or even a heat problem. I wouldn't rule out compatibility either.
