I used the Microsoft Show/Hide Update Troubleshooter to hide some unwanted update and noticed some Intel drivers update:

-Intel Extreme Tuning Utility Device Driver

-4th Gen Core Processor DRAM Controller

I go to Settings and check for Windows Update and it tells me that my system is up to date. I know that the Extreme Tuning Utility is used to overclock K and X processor so I don't need this. But what is the 4th Gen Core DRAM Controller? Why Windows Update will not install it? How to install it?
