I am trying to get my android tablet to pair with my pc

I installed a bluetooth usb dongle in my PC (ISSCBTA) and my tablet finds my PC but wont pair

It's asking for a PIN which I dont have

Its suggested on the tablet that if I dont have the PIN I should set one up but I search through my computers help files and device properties but find no indication whatsoever on how to do this

I'd apreciate any advice

I believe when you add a device through control panel it will give you a password which you would input into the tablet. It possible your Android tablet would be the one providing the password once it detects the PC.
